And now, you have to select the best interventions or adaptations/readjustments to existing interventions/programs/clinical pathways (implementation strategies).
Remember that the interventions have to be adapted to the reality of your organization and accepted by the practitioners/managers. The "local" practitioners are essential to achieving success in the implementation phase in our specific setting and for our specific population, as well as vis-à-vis the managers, so as to win their support.
